Olimpia Milan will be without center Josh Nebo for a minimum of three weeks after the player suffered a biceps femoris injury to his right thigh during the EuroLeague clash against Partizan Belgrade.
The club confirmed that Nebo will be re-evaluated after three weeks to assess his recovery and determine when he can return to action.
Injury Details and Match Context
Nebo sustained the injury during Milan’s 80-78 loss to Partizan in Belgrade. The game also saw Shavon Shields leave the court with a separate issue.
Despite the injury, Nebo had contributed 10 points and 6 rebounds before exiting. Shields led the team with 21 points. On the Partizan side, Sterling Brown scored 20 points, followed by Carlik Jones with 15.
Milan’s Current Squad Challenges
The club recently completed its first EuroLeague double-round week with a 1-1 record, having defeated Crvena Zvezda before the narrow loss to Partizan.
